Bundled forces through multidisciplinary collaboration

DUDOK Bouw- en Vastgoedrecht focuses primarily on the commercial construction and real estate practice.

The lawyers, (candidate) notaries, and tax advisors work closely together on real estate projects. This multidisciplinary composition ensures that they can truly provide clients with comprehensive service in every aspect of construction and real estate law. This includes construction law, procurement law, project development, area development, financing and securities, real estate transactions, tenancy law, tax law, and notarial law.

The specialists are driven, solution-oriented, and capable of thinking outside the existing framework, enabling them to propose alternative solutions like no other.

DUDOK is growing. But with the increasing number of colleagues, the atmosphere remains informal, no-nonsense, and approachable.

Our Name

DUDOK Bouw- en Vastgoedrecht derives its name from the Dutch architect Willem Marinus Dudok (1884 – 1974). Dudok is often considered one of the most influential Dutch architects of the 20th century. He is particularly known for his designs of town halls, schools, churches, and housing projects. His style is characterized by clean lines, simple forms, and the use of brick as a key building material. Dudok’s masterpiece is the Hilversum Town Hall, which is internationally recognized as one of the best examples of Dutch architecture and an iconic symbol of his talent.
