Cityden Stadshart

Cityden Stadshart is one of the locations of Cityden, the provider of apartment hotels and short stays in Amsterdam and Amstelveen. The location includes a combination of luxury apartments, a four-star hotel with 140 hotel rooms, shops, social facilities, and an underground parking garage. The plot borders the Amstelveen City Gardens and Stadshart and was the last large new construction plot in this area. DUDOK legally advised the tenant in negotiations with the landlord.
