Office Buildings Vianen

At the end of 2023, DUDOK provided tax/financial and legal advice for the purchase of the office buildings in Vianen through a share transaction, which resulted in the transfer of shares of the real estate company that owns the office buildings in the final days of 2023. The property consists of three separate office buildings with a total floor area of nearly 3,500 m² and 82 parking spaces.
