The Prisma real estate project in Delft is a new development located in the Nieuw Delft area, close to the station and the historic city centre. The project consists of 28 modern and sustainable apartments, ranging in size from 40m² to 114m². Each apartment has its own outdoor space, from garden studios with direct access to the communal courtyard to spacious rooftop terrace apartments.
The Prisma project is a prime example of interdisciplinary collaboration within DUDOK. DUDOK has provided comprehensive advice to Prisma, from tax aspects and the setup of the corporate structure to property law issues such as the deed of division, building rights for the thermal energy storage system, and the sale of apartment rights.
