DUDOK advised Unibail-Rodamco on the legal structure and the content of the Design and Construction Agreements for the redevelopment of Leidsenhage Shopping Center.
In the coming years, Leidsenhage will be transformed into a state-of-the-art shopping center of approximately 116,000 m² with 230 shops, restaurants, and leisure facilities (such as a multiplex cinema). This will make Leidsenhage the largest indoor shopping center in the Netherlands. The new design for the shopping center was created by MVSA Architects. Notably, the BREEAM In-Use Excellent certificate is being pursued. The new name for the shopping center will be Mall of the Netherlands.
