DUDOK provided legal guidance for the development and construction of TNT’s headquarters in Hoofddorp, municipality of Haarlemmermeer; the ‘TNT Green Office,’ a building of 16,325 m² GFA with 345 parking spaces.
The project involved a collaboration between Triodos Ventures B.V. and OVG Nederland B.V., who carried out the project on behalf of TNT.
What was unique about the project was that the energy consumption costs were part of the fixed price per m² to be reimbursed by TNT for the use of the office.
The office meets the highest standards in terms of sustainability and the environment, is completely CO2-neutral, and achieved a Building Environmental Index of 1005 points, earning the highest GreenCalc+ label: label A+++. It also received American LEED Platinum certification.
