About Natasja Solisa-Parrello

Natasja Solisa-Parrello started at DUDOK Bouw- en Vastgoedrecht in September 2019, after completing her Master’s degree in Business Law at the University of Groningen. During her studies, she specialized, among other things, in the acquisition of ownership of land by adverse possessors due to extinctive prescription. Her thesis research led to a publication in the Gemeentestem.

Since 2020, Natasja has been practicing as a lawyer. She advises and litigates in property-related contract law, tenancy law, and civil construction law, representing tenants/landlords, principals/contractors, housing corporations, healthcare institutions, municipalities, and developers.

Natasja is a member of the Association for Young Real Estate Lawyers (Verenging voor Jong Onroerend Goed Juristen) and teaches Construction Law at the Hoger technisch instituut in Amsterdam.

Natasja is registered in the areas of expertise register of the Dutch Bar Association under real estate law. According to this registration, she is required to obtain ten education points each calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association for each registered main area of law.
